Objeto. La presente ley tiene por objeto crear el Reconocimiento por la Paz, Diana Turbay, en conmemoración a su labor periodística con la que pretendió conseguir una salida negociable al conflicto armado, trabajando incansablemente para lograr una paz estable y duradera en Colombia.
