Los Bancos y demás Compañías anónimas existentes en el territorio de la República enviarán á la Dirección general de Estadística un ejemplar de los Estatutos y de sus balances anuales ó semestrales que presenten á las Asambleas generales de Accionistas; y los Bancos indicarán además cuál es el tipo del interés que cobran ó pagan en sus operaciones.
