ARTICULO 2 º. No tendrán derecho al subsidio de alimentación, los funcionarios que devenguen una asignación básica mensual superior a doscientos ochenta y dos mil doscientos catorce pesos ($282.214) moneda corriente. Cuando el funcionario se encuentre en uso de licencia o disfrute de vacaciones o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago del subsidio de alimentación en forma proporcional al tiempo servido durante el mes.
