ARTICULO 67 . FUSION DEL DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE AERONAUTICA CIVIL CON EL FONDO AERONAUTICO NACIONAL Y REESTRUCTURACION COMO UNIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DE AERONAUTICA CIVIL.- En virtud de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, la Autoridad Aeronáutica, conformada por el actual Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil se fusiona con el Fondo Aeronáutico Nacional y se reestructura como Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, organismo al cual se le asigna el conjunto de facultades y funciones que ha venido desempeñando el mencionado Departamento Administrativo. sin perjuicio de lo previsto en este Decreto.
