Si la falta de un objeto del exterior en un saco, se notare dentro de un despacho confeccionado por la oficina colombiana a otra de la República, entonces deberá procederse según lo dispuesto para los envíos del interior y copia del boletín de verificación que se libre deberá, asimismo, remitirse al Departamento Internacional del Ministerio.
