Cada junta deberá mantener un archivo que contenga copia de las actas y de los dictámenes, de acuerdo a las instrucciones establecidas por la Unidad Especial de Inspección, Vigilancia y Control del Trabajo, del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, en dichas instrucciones se indicará en qué eventos y por qué personas es posible su consulta.
