°. Corríjanse los yerros contenidos en el inciso primero del numeral 1 y en el numeral 4 del artículo 70 de la Ley 1739 de 2014, los cuales quedarán así: “1. Hecho generador: Es el hecho generador del impuesto nacional a la gasolina y ACPM establecido en el artículo 49 de la presente ley. El diferencial se causará cuando el precio de paridad internacional, para el día en que el refinador y/o importador de combustible realice el hecho generador, sea inferior al precio de referencia. 4. Sujeto pasivo: Es el sujeto pasivo al que se refiere el artículo 49 de la presente ley.”
