º. De los nuevos proyectos. Las entidades públicas encargadas de otorgar licencias o permisos para adelantar cualquier clase de proyecto que consuma agua, deberán exigir que se incluya en el estudio de fuentes de abastecimiento, la oferta de aguas lluvias y que se implante su uso si es técnica y económicamente viable.
