De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 31 del Decreto 1652 de 1977 y en el 46 del Decreto Reglamentario 07 de 1980, el Instituto debe con treinta (30) días de antelación a la finalización del año de vigencia de las tarifas, presentar a la Secretaría Jurídica de la Presidencia el Acuerdo de la Junta Administradora que contenga las adiciones, supresiones o modificaciones necesarias al Manual.
