La leche entera cruda producida en los hatos de primera categoría, previo el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto podrá destinarse: a) Para el consumo directo; b). A las plantas para enfriamiento de leche (centrales de recolección); c) A plantas de higienización; d) Para la producción de derivados lácteos.
