Ingreso Base de Cotización durante la incapacidad. Para efectos de liquidar los aportes correspondientes al período durante el cual se reconozca al afiliado una incapacidad por riesgo común o una licencia de maternidad, se tomará como Ingreso Base de Cotización, el valor de la incapacidad o licencia de maternidad según sea el caso, manteniéndose la misma proporción en la cotización que le corresponde al empleador y al trabajador. En ningún caso podrá ser inferior al salario mínimo salvo las excepciones legales.
