ARTICULO 3 º El artículo 90 del Decreto-ley 1260 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 90. Sólo podrán solicitar la rectificación o corrección de un registro o suscribir la respectiva escritura pública, las personas a las cuales se refiere éste, por sí o por medio de sus representantes legales o sus herederos.
