º . Transferencia de títulos valores. Para la ejecución de las apropiaciones presupuestales de que tratan los artículos 2º, 5º y 6º del presente decreto, la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá transferir títulos valores a tasas de mercado.
