Los empleados y obreros a que se refiere la Ley 37 de 1921 , que devenguen una remuneración anual mayor de dos mil cuatrocientos pesos ($ 2.400), disfrutaran de los beneficios ordenados en dicha Ley, pero el valor del seguro, en cada caso, no será mayor de la suma expresada en este artículo.
