Decreto 1696 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 94 de 1993

Transitorio. Para efecto de dar cumplimiento al artículo anterior, se debe anexar a la solicitud: nombre completo, profesión, nacionalidad, dirección de residencia, teléfono, número de resolución y fecha de expedición de ésta; fotocopia autenticada del documento de identificación, fotocopia autenticada del certificado judicial vigente, dos (2) fotos 3 x 4 blanco y negro en papel mate y pagar los derechos correspondientes por la prestación del servicio de que trata el presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Quienes no soliciten su licencia en el plazo estipulado en el artículo 34 transitorio, perderán su calidad de radioaficionado y se le cancelará el indicativo de llamada correspondiente.
