Art. 25. Según el número 1º, artículo 4º de la Ley, es requisito indispensable que una viuda observe buena conducta para tener derecho a asignación, de modo de modo que no se le concederá, o la perderá, una vez concedida, si se le prueba mala conducta; y lo mismo se entenderá respecto de las madres de los Jefes y Oficiales.
