Con el fin exclusivo de procurar el restablecimiento del orden público y la rehabilitación de las zonas afectadas por la violencia, y hasta cuando el o se logre ( sic) , la Presidencia de la República podrá delegar en los Ministros del Despacho o en los funcionarios a que se refiere el artículo siguiente, las atribuciones que le confiere el numeral 2o. del articulo 119 y los numerales 5o, 7o, 12, 13 y 14del artículo 120 de la Constitución Nacional.
