ARTICULO 125. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga en su totalidad los Decretos 2389 de 1970, 1128 y 2904 de 1977 y 1066 de 1988, las normas que le sean contrarias de los Decretos números 1393 de 1970, 691 de 1982, 2624 de 1983, 3052 de 1985, 254 y 2440 de 1986 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
