La Corporación Podrá Delegar Las Funciones Previstas En Los Literales B) Y D) Del Artículo Anterior Y Las Del Literal C) Del Artículo 3°, En Otros Organismos Oficialas Del Orden Nacional, Departamental O Municipal

°. La Corporación podrá delegar las funciones previstas en los literales b) y d) del artículo anterior y las del literal c) del artículo 3°, en otros organismos oficialas del orden nacional, departamental o municipal.

Parágrafo

La delegación de estas funciones se hará por motivos de conveniencia general, para mayor vigilancia, rapidez y coordinación, pero la Corporación puede reasumirlas en cualquier momento, previo aviso a la entidad delegataria. CAPITULO II Órganos de dirección y administración.
