Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para que, tan pronto como la situación del Tesoro lo permita, tome acciones hasta por seis mil pesos oro ($ 6,000), ó su equivalente en billetes, en el camino que se construye actualmente de Zapatoca á Barrancabermeja, en el Departamento de Santander.
