Simultáneamente con los cursos del tercer año los alumnos deberán practicar en los Juzgados y Tribunales en lo criminal; y simultáneamente con los cursos del cuarto año deberán practicar en los Juzgados y Tribunales en lo civil, ó en la oficina de un abogado respetable. Toca al Consejo Directivo de la Facultad determinar cómo deben hacerse estos estudios prácticos, sin los cuales no puede solicitarse el título de Doctor.
