Los reclamos que formulen los calificadores serán hechos en términos respetuosos, por escrito, en papel común y basándose en hechos concretos y comprobables. Los interesados indicarán el numeral del formulario con el cual no están de acuerdo, acompañando, si fuere del caso, los documentos o medios probatorios necesarios, sin omitir concepto del superior.
