Artículo quinto. Facúltase al Ministro de Hacienda para modificar o adicionar los contratos celebrados en cumplimiento del artículo segundo del Decreto 2073 de 1965, a fin que los aumentos previstos en el presente Decreto, se destinen exclusivamente al ramo de educación.
