Autorizase al Gobierno para hacer, dentro del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia, de acuerdo con las normas fijadas en esta materia, los traslados necesarios o las operaciones de contabilidad a que haya lugar para atender al pago del aumento de los sueldos de que trata esta Ley.
