ARTICULO 514 . Revocatoria de la suspensión condicional . En cualquier momento podrá el juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad revocar la suspensión provisional de la medida de seguridad o de la medida sustitutiva, cuando se incumplan las obligaciones fijadas en la caución o cuando los peritos conceptúen que es necesario la continuación de la medida originaria.
