Valoración. La Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas realizará el proceso de valoración de la declaración por el hecho victimizante de confinamiento en los términos establecidos en el artículo 156 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, a través de un equipo especializado. Asimismo, se tendrán previstos los criterios establecidos en el parágrafo 6º del artículo 3º y del artículo 62A de la Ley 1448 de 2011 y la Resolución número 0171 de 2016 o la que haga sus veces.
