º. Adiciónase el artículo 6º del Decreto 1132 de 1995 con el siguiente numeral: "40. Anunciarse u operar como Sociedad de Certificación, sin haber obtenido la autorización e inscripción respectiva por parte de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales. La sanción aplicable será de (10) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes por anunciarse como Sociedad de Certificación, y de veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes por cada día de operación en la condición descrita."
