Con excepción de los funcionarios del Ramo Diplomático y Consular ningún otro podrá devengar simultáneamente sueldos y viáticos en dólares, en el exterior. La Contraloría General de la República y sus Auditores se abstendrán de refrendar los giros que contravengan esta norma.
