Los radioaficionados nacionales o extranjeros que hayan obtenido licencia en un país extranjero con el cual Colombia tenga convenio de reciprocidad, tienen derecho a que el Ministerio de Comunicaciones les conceda licencia de radioaficionados en la categoría equivalente y por el mismo término que les fue concedida en el exterior.
