La Junta Directiva del Laboratorio en forma de jornales, adquirirá los servicios de personal para los menesteres de aseo y en la misma forma podrá admitir a los aspirantes la preparación para llenar las vacantes que como en las distintas secciones del establecimiento previa consulta y aprobación del ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas.
