De la partida apropiada en el Capítulo 392, artículo 4470 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, para "aporte para la construcción, adiciones, mejoras y reparaciones locativas de los edificios y locales de la Universidad Pedagógica de Colombia, con sede en Tunja, y de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Femenina, con sede en Bogotá, y todas las dependencias de las mismas, y compra e terrenos, edificios o locales para estos establecimientos docentes", hácese la siguiente distribución parcial:
