ARTICULO 74. Quórum y mayorías . Para deliberar, las juntas requerirán la presencia de por lo menos la cuarta parte de sus miembros. Para decidir, la asistencia de la mayoría de sus integrantes. Sus decisiones se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistentes, siempre que haya quórum.
