Artículo sexto. Créase, como dependencia del Ministerio de Higiene, e1 Departamento "Servicio Médico del Ferrocarril del Río Magdalena", cuyas funciones serán las siguientes

La coordinación entre los Departamentos, Divisiones e Institutos del Ministerio de Higiene para la prestación de los Servicios a que se refiere el artículo segundo del presente Decreto.

La prestación directa de los servicios a que se refiere el artículo tercero del presente Decreto.
