Encargar a partir de la fecha al doctor Juan Carlos Rico Arenas, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 11431795, quien actualmente se desempeña como Director de Inteligencia Clase I, Grado 03 del Departamento Administrativo Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia, para asumir las funciones de Director General del Departamento Administrativo Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia, mientras se nombra un funcionario en propiedad, desvinculándose de las funciones del empleo del cual es titular.”
