Artículo 187. La Privación De La Libertad

Adiciónase un parágrafo al artículo 187 de la Ley 1098 de 2006 , así:

Artículo 187. La privación de la libertad.

Parágrafo 2

Los Centros de Atención Especializada funcionarán bajo el asesoramiento del Sistema Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario en lo relativo a las medidas de seguridad y administración, de conformidad con la función protectora, restaurativa y educativa de la medida de privación de la libertad.
