Requisitos. Los conscriptos que opten por prorrogar voluntariamente el servicio militar deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: 1. Presentar la solicitud de prórroga, con un tiempo mínimo de 4 meses de antelación a la fecha de licenciamiento, ante el comandante de la unidad donde se encuentre prestando el servicio militar. 2. Contar con concepto de desempeño favorable, expedido por el comandante de la unidad donde se encuentre prestando el servicio militar. 3. No haber sido sancionado penal, disciplinaria ni por responsabilidad administrativa.
