Ley 1875 de 2017 · Por medio de la cual se decreta al municipio de Santa Cruz de Mompox, del departamento de Bolívar, como Distrito Especial, Turístico, Cultural e Histórico de Colombia.

El Distrito Especial, Turístico, Cultural e Histórico de Santa Cruz de Mompox se regirá por lo dispuesto en la Ley 1617 de 2013 y demás normas concordantes.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúa al Distrito de Santa Cruz de Mompox de la creación de las entidades administrativas que trata la Ley 1617 de 2013 hasta tanto, previa viabilidad financiera y administrativa, su necesidad sea perentoria para el cumplimiento de las funciones legales y constitucionales y se autoriza al Concejo Distrital para que pueda delegar dichas competencias al Alcalde Mayor del Distrito de Santa Cruz de Mompox.
