Contra los Actos Administrativos de carácter definitivo que se profieran dentro del proceso liquidatorio de la Cuenta Fondo Tabacalero, procederá el recurso de Reposición ante el liquidador y el de apelación ante la Subdirección de Recaudación de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, conforme a las reglas previstas en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
