°. La Aduana entregará mensualmente a la Junta, mediante cuenta elaborada y firmada por el Tesorero de ésta, refrendada por el Administrador y aprobada por Auditor Fiscal de la Aduana, las sumas por concepto de los sobrantes causados a que se refiere el artículo 1° de este Decreto. Igualmente, y por el mismo procedimiento, la Aduana deberá hacer entrega al Tesorero de la Junta, de las sumas que actualmente estén en su poder por dicho concepto. El Tesorero responderá ante la junta de su manejo y le rendirá cuenta mensual.
