Por El Requisito O Cambio De Toda Dirección Telegráfica Se Pagarán Veinte Centavos

Por el requisito o cambio de toda dirección telegráfica se pagarán veinte centavos. Este impuesto se hará efectivo de la manera siguiente: el solicitante escribirá claramente en una hoja de papel común el seudónimo dirección telegráfica y firmará al pie indicando el domicilio; además, adherirá una estampilla postal de veinte centavos que anularán los Telegrafistas o el funcionario encargado de hacer el registro.

Parágrafo

Las direcciones registradas actualmente tendrán valor sin necesidad del valor del impuesto, el que sólo se hará efectivo para éstas se ordene la apertura de nuevos directorios.
