°. Modifíquese el numeral 3 del artículo 27 del Decreto 249 de 2004, relacionado con las funciones de las Subdirecciones de los Centros de Formación Profesional Integral, el cual quedará así: "3. Coordinar y concertar las acciones necesarias para la formación de los desempleados inscritos en el Sistema de Información del Servicio Público de Empleo que administra la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo, para lo cual deberá utilizar la información del comportamiento del mercado laboral".
