Del conocimiento de las disposiciones . Las autoridades sanitarias o las entidades delegadas, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto y la protección de la comunidad, deberán en cualquier tiempo prevenir sobre la existencia de las disposiciones sanitarias y de los efectos que conlleva su incumplimiento.
