º. Carbocol y las demás empresas comerciales e industriales del Estado del orden nacional que tuvieren solicitudes y propuestas para explorar o explotar carbón, podrán solicitar que las zonas respectivas les sean otorgadas en aporte por su misma extensión y linderos o abarcando extensión extensiones aledañas.
