Al que dañe o deteriore una vía férrea o automoviliaria, o dañe o destruya máquinas, vehículos, instrumentos, aparatos u otros objetos necesarios para el servicio de ellas, siempre que de tal hecho se derive la posibilidad de un siniestro, se le impondrá prisión, de seis meses a tres años.
