Agregados y Adjuntos Militares . Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares para ser designados como Agregados Militares, Navales o Aéreos necesitan ser titulados como Oficiales de Estado Mayor.

Parágrafo

Los Oficiales Adjuntos Militares, Navales o aéreos serán Auxiliares de los Agregados Militares, Navales y Aéreos y para su designación, necesitan haber hecho y aprobado el Curso de Capacitación para ascenso al grado de Mayor o Capitán de Corbeta).
