Parágrafo

al artículo 4º del Decreto 2951 de 2004, del siguiente tenor: "

Parágrafo 1

La institución financiera o reaseguradora del exterior que no se acoja a la excepción consagrada en los numerales 8 y 9 del artículo 2º del presente decreto y, en consecuencia, decida abrir una oficina de representación en Colombia, podrá realizar actos de promoción o de publicidad haciendo uso de la red de oficinas de la entidad establecida en el país, para lo cual deberá atender las mismas reglas especiales señaladas en el presente artículo en cuanto al uso de la red de oficinas de la entidad establecida en el territorio nacional".
