º De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 63 de 15 de enero último (artículo 3º), se atenderá a los gastos expresados con las partidas que figuran en los artículos 497 y 498 del Presupuesto en curso, mediante órdenes de an ticipo que se girarán a favor de dicho Habilitado, el cual debe rendir mensualmente a la Contraloría General de la República , en la forma legal establecida , cuenta comprobada de las sumas que reciba con destino al servicio de que se trata.
