º. De los escrutinios. Los escrutinios se efectuarán públicamente, en la hora y sitio adecuados dentro de la entidad, por el jefe de control interno o quien haga sus veces, por el jefe de personal o quien haga sus veces, y por un delegado designado por el Director de la entidad. Actuará como secretario el jefe de personal o quien haga sus veces. La elección deberá repetirse cuando la votación total no represente al menos el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de los servidores con derecho a voto. Si repetida la elección tampoco se lograre el porcentaje referido, el órgano de dirección del sistema general de seguridad social en salud de la respectiva jurisdicción, designará los representantes.
