Cuando un General en servicio activo deba deponer como testigo, certificará bajo su palabra honor, sobre los puntos del interrogatorio, para lo cual el respectivo funcionario lo citará a una oficina superior o se trasladará a la del declarante. Si los testigos son Oficiales inferiores o superiores, la promesa de decir verdad la prestarán bajo palabra de honor, a cuyo efecto el Juez 0 funcionario de instrucción los citará a su despacho o a cualquier sitio en que haya de actuar. Los demás declarantes jurarán conforme a su religión.
