Artículo único. En cada uno de los Presupuestos de los diez años venideros, se incluirá y liquidará una partida de veinte mil pesos para auxiliar al Municipio de Popayán en la construcción de un acueducto metálico y alcantarillado.

Si dicho Municipio lleva a cabo la obra por medio de empréstito, el auxilio de que trata esta Ley se destinará a su amortización.
